Running around Italy

I put up some new pictures in my Italy 2005 album. The picture above is from inside St. Peter's Basillica at the Vatican.
Felicia and I have been in Italy for the last couple of weeks. After school ended and I had to leave my apartment I joined her in Milan. Then we went to visit a family friend of hers at his houses in both Parma (home of Parma ham and Parmesan cheese) and at a beach town north of Pisa. Next we went to Pisa (leaning tower) Florence (Michaelangelo's David), Rome (the Vatican, Coliseum), and the island of Capri.
My good friend Celia came to hang out with us in Rome for a couple of days last week. It's so cool meeting friends in different locations around the world. I feel so international!
To celebrate my birthday this past Thursday we spent three days on the Italian island of Capri relaxing and enjoying lots of great Italian food. It's a beautiful place similar to the Greek island of Santorini that I visited a couple of years ago. It's where a lot of European celebrities go to relax. It's was fun to hang out in the main square and people-watch. Yesterday we went on a nice two-hour boat ride around the island.
Next, we're off to Naples and Pompeii!
